The Landing's Policies

    WEEKLY RENTALS:
  • We rent Saturday to Saturday in peak season - July and August.
  • Enjoy a 25% discount off rates shown for off-season weekly rentals. Nightly rates are provided upon requests
  • There are minimum stay requirements for Memorial Day Weekend and other holiday/event periods.
  • A 50% deposit is required within 10 days of making the reservation. The balance plus all applicable taxes are due upon arrival. A 11.7% room tax is added to all stays of fewer than 90 days.
  • Units are fully furnished and all linens and paper products are provided.

  • SEASONAL RENTALS:

  • May 15 to September 15.
  • A deposit of 1/3 is required within 10 days of making the reservation, 1/3 payment is due April 15, balance is due July 1, 2008.
  • Units are furnished. Kitchen utensils, cookware, and serving dishes are provided. Linens, paper products, and routine cleaning are NOT included. These services are available. Please inquire with your specific requests.

OCCUPANCY:
Units may not be occupied by more than 2 persons unless prior arrangements have been made. A fee of $25.00 per person, per night is applied for additional persons. The second floor two-bedroom condo is available for 4 people and rates are shown. No subletting of units is allowed. All guests staying must be registered.

NIGHTLY & WEEKLY:
Check-in is between 3-6 p.m. on the arrival date. Check-out is at 10 am on the departure date. If you will be arriving later than 6pm, please let us know is advance so proper arrangements can be made.

PETS:
DOGS ARE CONSIDERED. Those wishing to bring a pet must notify management about the pet prior to making the reservation. Pets are not allowed to disturb the quiet enjoyment of other guests. We reserve the right to refuse pets in any of the units on the property. There is a fifty dollar cleaning fee charged per pet.

CONCELLATION - Weekly rentals:
Your reservation deposit, less a 15% administrative fee* is refunded if the reservation is cancelled 30 or more days before arrival date. No refunds on cancellations of reservations for holiday/event periods. No refunds will be issued if cancellation occurs less than 30 days prior to the date of the reservation.

CANCELLATION - Seasonal rentals:
Your reservation deposit, less a 15% administrative fee*, is refunded if the reservation is cancelled 60 or more days before arrival date (May 15th). No refunds for cancellations made after March 15th.
*(Administrative fee is 15% of the total rental value.)

PARKING:
Poor Richard's Landing does not offer parking. We do recommend Elena Hall's lot as a nearby option for off-street parking of your car while in town. We encourage short term visitors to arrive in town by ferry, or plane. Cabs and Flex Route busses are easy and inexpensive in and around Provincetown. Our lovely East End location is convenient to town center and nestled within all the activities the Gallery District.
